Every NEW item sold by Ham Radio Supplies is unconditionally guaranteed for 1 year unless otherwise specified. We will replace any faulty item or refund minus postage and packing, your choice. Return Postage and packing is the resposibility of the buyer. We pay to post the replacement back to you. If an item is returned that is NOT faulty, a 20% restocking fee will be applied.

Delivery of goods

All prices on www.hamradiosupplies.co.uk are in GBP unless otherwise stated. Our aim is to deliver your order within 5 working days following receipt of payment. Payments are due within 5 days of purchase. Cheques or postal orders have to be cleared before goods can be released which can take up to 7 days. Items will be despatched same day if possible but 2 working days to process the order should be allowed for. If temporarily out of stock you will receive an email notifying you of the expected date of delivery and a second email when the order has been despatched. Ham Radio Supplies accept no liability whatsoever for the efficiency or otherwise of the postal service. We always obtain proof of posting. Orders over 5 Kg might benefit from our courier delivery service. Email us and we will provide you with a quote. Problems with packaging products are rare but occasionally they do happen. Any offers to replace goods or give refunds will not include postage.

To ensure faster, easier and secure payments for your purchase, we accept PayPal or Debit/Credit Card payments only for orders placed from outside The Netherlands and The United Kingdom

Postage and packing


Default shipping is by Royal Mail Standard Packet Rate if sent from our head office in the United Kingdom or TNT post if sent from our branch (truckerswereld) in the Netherlands. Other services are available on request. Postage is always at the current rate. We will combine shipping on multiple items to give you the best value.
We have a flat fee P&P for international parcels from 1 to 5 Kg of £25.00. C.O.D (rembours) is not possible for international deliveries.

Returns

Whilst problems are rare we will replace or refund any items that are defective, even though as retailers we have no control over the manufacturing process. However, we must be informed of any problems within 7 days and before returning any item. Unarranged returns will not be accepted. Items must be in the same condition as received including original packaging and refunds will not include the postage and handling costs. The most important thing is to talk to us as we will resolve any genuine problem.
Goods are tested upon receipt and if not found to be faulty a 20% re-stocking charge will apply and will be deducted from your refund.
